We liked the energy of the place. Everything was accessible within a quick walking distance. Food was very good despite some reviews we have read. We were pleasantly surprised. Don't expect complementary champagne or gourmet lobster tails here....you will get what you paid for. Lower your expectations, come for the sun, and you will be very happy!

I loved the vibe The customer service, hats off to them, they know how to welcome customers, how to have fun with us, they are very friendly. I loved the pools, I loved the atmosphere.

Good value for the money. Thanks to the coral barrier reef and the water temperature (29 degree C) Bavaro beach is very comfortable for swimming. Entertaiment program was proffesional and pleasant.

The staff is super friendly and caring. We got a better room when we asked for a change after being in a room close to the pool bar (loud music).

I had an amazing time here! The staff was superb and the location and price were exactly what fit my needs. I was looking for a budget friendly but amazing place and Whala provided that with even more than I could have even expected!

Staff was so friendly. Cleaning staff was very accommodating. Waiters at the buffet and restaurant gave excellent service.
